Wagering and cashout caps
Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before a player can withdraw, unless we specifically say otherwise beforehand. Bonus money is money that cannot be withdrawn, so we remove it from your winnings at cashout.
A bonus of 200% or more claimed with any deposit has a max cashout of 10x that deposit. Such bonuses count as Special Bonuses and Special Promotions. Cashback bonuses of 100% or more are Special Bonuses too, and cashback insurance of 75% or more is a Special Promotion.
Cashback rules
All cashback promotions carry a wagering requirement of 1X. Cashback withdrawals are generally capped at 10 times the cashback, including cashback given as gifts, comps or free chips. Cashback won from a tournament prize, a raffle prize or a Special Promotion has a lower cap of 2X the cashback bonus. We may deduct cashback from a pending withdrawal.
Who qualifies
Players with a pending withdrawal or a balance over A$100 do not qualify for tournament prizes, raffle cash, ongoing cashback or other special promotions. We may also refuse or withhold a bonus or winnings if a deposit is cancelled, returned or denied by a payment service or processor.
Playing without a bonus
If you would rather play without a bonus, tell us before starting to play. Support can remove it by email, phone or live chat. Once any wager is made, the bonus must be played until the balance reaches zero or the wagering is complete.
Free bonuses and cashout rules
Wagering and validity
Free bonuses and free chips need 20X to 60X wagering unless stated otherwise. Each promotion runs only for the period specified in its offer or in our own messages to you.
Maximum withdrawal
Free bonuses, including comps, free chips, converted comp points and any other non-deposit bonuses, have a maximum withdrawal of A$50, and any extra balance is cleared. Winnings from these offers can be withdrawn once in your gaming lifetime unless specifically approved otherwise by our casino manager.
If you have never deposited
Before you can withdraw a free-chip win, you need one successful minimum deposit of A$15. That deposit cannot be withdrawn or added to an existing pending withdrawal, and if it is added we deduct it from the total.
Until you deposit, only winnings from your first three free bonuses during the first 30 days after you register stay eligible. After three bonuses or 30 days, free-bonus funds are no longer cashable and come off the balance or withdrawal.
If you have deposited before
Returning depositors need a deposit made within the last 30 days for a free-chip win to be approved for withdrawal, and the same deduction rule applies to that deposit. If you have not added funds for 30 days or more, you count as a free bonus player and cannot withdraw winnings from free bonuses or from cash we grant.
Keeping balances apart
Your free-play and real-play money must always stay in separate balances. If you deposit on top of a free-chip balance, the playable amount you held before that deposit stays under free-play rules.

Play on mobile and manage your account

Deposit methods
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, web wallets, vouchers, Cashlib and Bitcoin. The cashier shows which methods are open to you. Depending on the method, the minimum deposit is €5 or €10, or the equivalent in other available currencies, and the maximum deposit is €200 to €1,000. A processing fee is taken on all deposits, and for credit card deposits that fee can be set at a higher rate.
Payment in your name
Any card, wallet, bank account or other method must be registered in your own name. When you ask for a withdrawal, we compare the name on your account with the name on the payment method you deposited with. If they do not match, withdrawal requests are cancelled and the account is closed with no exception, and winnings and balances can be confiscated.
Refunds
A refund of a deposit can be requested within 24 hours of the original deposit, once our compliance department has approved your account. Refunds cover a game malfunction with a screenshot, credits you could not play with the balance left unplayed, or a wrong charge with a statement. A processing fee applies, A$55 for a paper check, A$20 for a SEPA wire and A$75 for a SWIFT wire.

Amounts
The minimum amount for a withdrawal is A$50. Unless stated otherwise, you can take out up to A$1,500 per request and up to A$10,000 per month. Anything above A$1,500 stays in your account until the previous request is approved, sums above the monthly limit are paid in instalments, and the monthly limit does not apply to a progressive jackpot.
A deposit of A$249 or less has a maximum withdrawal of 10 times the deposit for that specific play session. After approval, we clear anything above that amount and may deduct deposit bonuses used in the session from the pending withdrawal.
Timing and fees
You can request a withdrawal at any time. Approval can take up to 18 working days from the successful completion of authorisation, and every pending withdrawal also needs authorisation from our Fraud department. Wire, Neteller, direct-to-card and other methods carry a transfer fee of A$10 to A$40, based on location and determined by our payment processor.
Before you request
Every deposit must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, and a promotional deposit follows the wagering of its own promotion. While wagering is still on your balance, finish it first or risk having the withdrawal denied. Crypto withdrawals must follow a crypto deposit. Changed your mind? You can reverse the withdrawal before it is processed and keep playing with those credits.
